Presbyterian Camp
The Presbyterian Camp on Okoboji seeks to be a sacred space for all to experience God and to be a center for Presbyterian Christianity. It is located on Miller's Bay on West Lake Okoboji (Highway 86). The schedule for camps, registration and health information forms are in the church office. Synod School Synod School is a learning and personal enrichment expereince for people of all ages. It seeks to create an environment of hospitality, healing and hope. The week is designed for laity and clergy, individuals and families. Classes and activities are available for adults, youth and children. Synod School is July 26-31, 2009, at Buena Vista University, Storm Lake. Registration may be made online. The Synod School web site is www.lakesandprairies.org
Y.I.M.S.
Youth In Mission Service (YIMS) is a program designed to encourage youth from 4th & 5th grade through high school to help others by reaching out to the community and to the world. It is led by Jim & Sonna Johnson and all members of the congregation are welcome to be part of the mission work.
